Blog Post - Week 7
This past week in my own teaching I felt a little disconnected which prompts my question to you, "What was the moment (or moments) when I felt most disconnected or disengaged as a teacher - the moment(s) I said to myself, I'm just going through the motions here?"

Upon meeting my replacement I would be in so much joy that all I would probably say is good luck and congratulations! I would be so excited and my mind would be racing because of all the things I am will be thinking about doing with the money that I just won. I would definitely let my replacement know that he or she needs to have something for the students to do at all times because they would get very restless if not. Then I would smile and tell him or her to have fun! Students in my classroom will learn only if they are having fun. Tell the students I love them I will never come back; however, I do expect them to learn in my absence. Now I must leave and enjoy my expeditions because their will be no limit to the different activities and adventures I will encounter. If I get a chance I will send some video footage of an adventure or activity that I participated in. Good Luck!
