This year has been amazing, a brand new facility and a great support staff. The support staff I am referring to is all of you, NTI, and of course those I have the Honor of working daily with.
I know I have talked about issues regarding supplies and equipment, but NPHS was opened a full- year ahead of schedule! I am working through this and learning the Admin. part as I go.
I can not think of going through this without All of the support that has been given. I feel that we are all in this together. Things could always be better, but things could be far worse. I cannot wait until my teaching resourse-bag becomes half full, and I have all of my materials. But my students are happy with the class, I receive good feedback from parents and admin., and most of the students are actively participating in class. I have some that did not want the class, and some that were removed from other classes, but I accept the challenge. I hope that none are left behind. I am looking foward to the second semester as I will have more resourses, but truth be known I do not feel overburdened by this other than knowing that our classes here show that the students are used to the stimuli. But just having a CTAE class for the first time is quite a bit different from a traditional classroom, and probably stimulation by itself. KenB

Ken I totally agree, NTI has helped so much. My classmates and professors have been there to lean on when going up and down. I am glad to hear you are doing well in your classes. Your students must love to have a teacher like you. Keep up the great work!
Hi, Ken - glad to hear the good progress report and also that you are looking forward to next semester. You have a great facility and great students and with your attitude, skills, and knowledge, you should be able to do great things with them. I am looking forward to hearing all about it.
