Rules For Posting To This Blog and Weekly Blog Question

1. Only use your first name (no last names, addresses, IM screen names, etc.)
2. Show respect and consideration of others when posting and commenting. This includes individuals, students, organizations, political parties, colleagues, etc.
3. Check all posts for spelling and grammar errors before posting.
4. Protect the privacy of others. Gain permission from other people before you write about them. Avoid sharing someone else's last name. Use job titles or pseudonyms when writing about experiences with your co-workers or students.
5. Watch your language. Use politically correct and non-offensive language.
6. Make sure you write about things that are factual.
7. Keep your postings education-oriented. Avoid discussing plans for the weekend, etc.

CHALLENGES I AM FACING

THE CHALLENGES I AM CURRENTLY FACING ARE WITH TIME MANAGEMENT. I AM WORKING A FULL TIME AND A PART TIME JOB, GOING TO SCHOOL PART TIME, ATTENDING MANDATORY MEETINGS EVERY SATURDAY MORNING FROM 10-12 NOON, WORKING AS A TEEN COUNSELOR AND JUGGLING A HOUSE HOLD OF EIGHT (MY FAMILY) WHEN TIME PERMITS. I AM ON OVERLOAD. THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE IS KEEPING ON TOP OF ALL THE REQUIRED ASSIGNMENTS THAT GO WITH EACH TERRITORY.

Dr. M said...: Well, I got tired just reading your blog, so I can see where you are stretched out. My first years of teaching were very time-consuming as I struggled to set up all my lesson plans, curriculum, and attend GSU part-time. Fortunately you are young and have lots of energy but you may consider putting a few of your activities/part-time jobs on hold until at least the end of NTI.
