Cali - Question of the Week September 22 Response

I covered the subject matter of Impressions v. Observations during the week.  It was during the activity  section of the lesson when I felt this is what teaching is all about.  The students were really engaged in the lesson and activities that were included.  My lesson included activities wherein students were broken into small groups to perform the activity.  I was able to use information learned through NTI to select the groups which created balance in each group.  The friends seemed to enjoy working with different students than the students they are friends with.  It was a great feeling as I watched the students interact with each other.
