"Of everything I did this week in my teaching, what would I do differently if I had the chance to do it again, and why?"

I am still really struggling with being able to get to all of the students on the salon floor and be able to really show the ones that are struggling how to do the skill that I just demonstrated.  The salon is very spread out and there are 3 walls in the middle of the room which makes it impossible to see what all of the students are doing and the watch to see who really needs help.  I wish that I would have switched one of the standards around and taught a different skill before introducing the one we are working on now.  To late, so I will switch it around for next year.
