Some things that I was able to implement the first week of school was the Halo Effect.It was extremely important to me that I made a good first impression. I also made sure to focus on my objectives. The "how well" was the most challenging. I will continue to work on it.
I think that is great. The more I implement what I learned in NTI this summer the easier it gets to teach in my classroom setting. Using my classroom management plan really helped me out a great deal.
