Something very helpful that I have learned is how to build great classroom management with starting classes with great group activities. This allowed each person to learn more about each other and the end result was knowing how to deal with different personalities in a positive light.
That's great Ed! Giving students the opportunity to learn more about each other creates a positive learning environment which goes a long way as the semester progresses.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Ed. We do know that if we want people (students) to work together they need to feel that they have something in common. Getting to know each other early will help with small groups and collaboration.
