The first couple of weeks to school has been great. NTI offered many teaching tools that can be implemented in the classroom. One tool that will be useful for me is the Personel Organization Chart. This chart will provide students with opportunities to demonstrate leadership as well as organizational skills.
Students that has various positions tends to do it with pride and a sense of belonging to the Culinary Arts classroom. Having this organizational chart will assist the substitute teacher and administration as well in the event of my absence.
