I started a classroom management system which defined the roles of different students and have implemented it. It has help the class flow better. I enjoy it because it creates a more controlled atmosphere, and so far the class officers and team leaders seem to enjoy their roles. Some of the students have surprised me with their initiative and willingness to step up to their leadership positions.
