Perkins, Thank you

Due to many budget restraints that is strangling the education system now, The Perkins Grant looms large for us because it has been a pivotal support system for the CTAE programs. We definitely should be in support, because it provided us with a platform to spring from and become a critical part of the academia in public and also private schools. Through Dr. Burns lecture I never really knew anything about Perkins and how important it was to the programs of yesterday and the expanded programs today.
