Whew
So much new information, techniques, strategies. I want to try them all, but find myself imploding at times. Just finished what I believe is my last observation of the semester. I really like the great suggestions & feed back, but I think I stress way too much. Just feel like I am getting to know my students & trying things that I believe will make their learning experience better, I get my new roster & schedule for NEXT semester. As always onward - WITH A SMILE !! See youse guys on Sat ...
I know the feeling it seems that we have alot of stress on us. The good part of that is that we are learing with stress. Hang i thier and may be he will have a fun saturday. My students have been fairly good this week but you know that thier is always one that pushes your buttons.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. We have been exposed to so much since the start of the summer. Sometimes it seems a little overwhelming that we have all these tools and can't find the time to get them in. I just finished my second observation for NTI. It went well. We started film festival so their wasn't a whole lot going on this time. It's this time of year that I enjoy our A/B block schedule, because I don't have to worry about new rosters, or a new first day of school. I get to come back from that long awaited break, and it's business as usual...see you Saturday.
