"If you could give just one piece of advice (just one) to a new T&I or HSTE teacher, what would it be?"

My advice would to learn as much as you can and listen to everyone you can and then figure it out on your own!!!..LOL...meaning what works best for you and your classroom.....make sure you use ALL the information that you get prior to getting in the classroom...it will help!!
Everyday is different find your GROOVE and you style and go with the flow....and make sure you follow all the rules!!!!!!!!!!!
