This is interesting. I'll be curious to see what happens with this. I can see both sides of the issues. I worry about teacher burn out. No amount of money can replace time I need to spend with my family. If they are having to take on additional jobs, it could interfere with their family lives.
Hopefully, This will have positive impact on all school systems and roll down south. I agree with you Julie. Six figure can change a lots of people lifestyle.
