As we all know we are told to follow the schools protocol that are sent by the principals. My question is what do you do if they tell the faculty important information at the last minute.
This last month we were testing and the faculty was not aware of the schedule change and who was suppose to proctor. All year things have been unorganized. It is frustrating for me cause I am also not organize. I am starting to get adjusted to this administration; my last school didn't have this problem.

It's frustrating, I know! It seems that they are implementing something new everyday and it's just more stuff that we have to do! When is there time to teach! I'm trying to work through a problem with my kids not wanting to clean up the shop at the end of class. I'm working my way down through all of the choices. I figure I'm going to have to start docking shop time! That endevor in itself takes time. We have to create a voice for the teachers, an advocate to address the inefficiencies that seem to plague us. The county school boards don't necessarily know all the answers. Why not ask us evey once in a while!
