Had my eval today. Just plan on the unexpected to happen. I had more outside class interruptions in one 90 minute class than I normally have in a semester. Mrs Greene was very understanding and had some good ideas for my class. For those of you that have not have eval's done yet don't sweat them. Just do your job and you will be fine.
It is a great feeling to know that one evaluation is out of the way. I found out that I will have several evaluations from the school as a new teacher. We (new teachers at our school) were given a book per Georgia standards to read and follow. I hope the evaluation is like the one from GSU.! (By the way, I also had interruptions with my eval)
ReplyDeletethose evals are nothing esther...an administrator pops in for about 15 minutes and watches...and for the most part as soon as they come in the kids all behave perfectly..mine did anyway
