Hi everyone,
This is my first time blogging. I was really nervous about this at first. Once we did it in class it made me more comfortable. When we received this assignment in class, I was hesitant about doing the blog. I was just going to e-mail this to Jessie. I know I need the practice on updating myself with computers, so I thought I would give it a shot. It is actually great doing it this way. I learn more about my students, and it's a great way of asking for help in certain areas. I really enjoyed reading everyone's blogs. It makes me feel better that I am not the only one on the boat with blogging for the first time. I think I am going to enjoy this. Let's sail away!!!
Thanks for taking the plunge and getting on board (pun intended) with blogging. I hope we're all on board one of those fancy yachts and not a little life raft. But seriously, I admire you for giving blogging a go despite your trepidation. I agree with you that blogging opens up greater opportunities for learning because in this environment you can learn and share so much with your peers. I hope you continue to enjoy the ride.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Lori, it's a great way to learn more use of technology. Since my idea of new technology is seeing my first electric typewriter, I have been a little reluctant to jump in the water. I look forward what I will learn from everyone.
