BUSY....
This week I have been second guessing this teaching thing. It has been a crazy week with the Police Department and the School. I have found it hard to keep up with both. I am not very organized and often find it hard to keep up with everything. I normally rely on Officer Cannon to keep track of everything that is suppose to happen and now I don't have him in the same office. With the help of my wife and some encouragement form my Principal to the department chair, I now have some teaching materials on the way. I feel better going into this week and am looking forward to a bright career.
I second guess teaching almost every single day. Don't feel alone in this self-questioning- I feel your pain. I was told at the beginning of my teaching career to give it a minimum of three years before you can start truly getting into a groove. I find that the more prepared I am, the better I feel at the end of a lesson. Organization is hard, but don't give up! You will get there, and trust me- that time off with your family with totally be worth it. :)
