Classroom managers. I also introduced the classroom managers to all classes. At first they seemed confused as to how they fit in to the flow. now that we are 4 week in and we have had a rotation and they have bought into the roles and take them more seriously.
When I first introduced the role of classroom manager, the students were hesitant to commit. Once, the first CM finished their two week rotation and I gave out candy bars as my "thank-you", now everyone wants to take a turn! :)
