"In thinking about my teaching activities this past week, of what do I feel most proud? Why?"

I think overall, I feel most proud that I am (or am seeing results) that I am making an imapct here at the school and with the students that I am teaching.
Everyday I see more and more examples of things that I teach and say being applied in pratical and successful ways. I know that this is pretty vague but I was asked the other day about a specific student in my class. She ask me how this student was doing and I responded that she was doing well and showed signs of positive learning
She responded to me by telling me that this particular student had some past school problems but that she spent alot of time talking about my class in particular and that she really liked it and was learning alot!
I really appreciate things like this. Small victories. That made a big impact on me and made me even happier that I was spending the time to be doing what I am doing here. After all-thats really why we do this right?

I feel extremely proud of my students conforming to our classroom rules. I am teaching all Into classes this semester and the rules were given at the beginning of the school year, the main one is that when they enter the room, they get seated and immediately start to work on their hot start assignment. I witnessed a couple of them last week correct other students who were not adhering to the rule and in a positive way encourage them to get to work. Although this has been an extremely busy year thus far, the lessons in NTI that we have learned are clearly structuring my classes.
