Glad to join the team and a great great summer class! honestly learnt a ton of new ideas and logic. Thanks to all.
Dr.J a great summer class! I start at Le Cordon Bleu next week full time (have been with them since 2000)one more week with laura : ( Have written a 'report' for scott on strategies for culinary...don't suppose anyone will read it let alone follow some points...Anyway... Honestly your classes were really well put together...David
