I enjoyed this weekends class, especially the segment on "personalities" It allowed me to think about different people as well as myself. I found it to be very interesting. I enjoy learning and studying about people. Being a teacher really feeds that interest in dealing with different personalities and people. When I observe people now I will wonder if they are "extroverts" or "introverts"....LOL

ReplyDeleteYeah, I think Dr. B's unit on personalities utilizing the Myer-Briggs really helps teachers in the NTI program become more sensitive to the differences in their students' personalities and learning styles. You have to teach to everyone, not just the students with whom your personality/learning style type is most compatible.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed this weekends class as well. It helped me understand my spouse as well as other people. I myself am an introvert but I seem to like to do activities with my class that extroverts would like best.
