In the last paragraph you mention that everyone experiences failure in their life, it’s what they choose to do in the face of that failure that defines them. In my original post I mentioned this same thought process. Acceptance of failure is the first step. Then you must decide “fight or flight.”<br /><br />I am actually going to get a copy of this book you mentioned and read it over the summer. I am constantly trying to better myself not only as a teacher, but a person as well, and I feel this book will help.
