I think it has been in the name of putting my own twist on things. What I love about NTI is that the information we are given is so relevant, recreating the wheel is not necessary. Therefore, your replacement would only have to put their twist on it. Better yet, they might not do a thing at all to it. Your 2nd piece of advice is my favorite piece...firm but fair on all rules.
