Your task, it appears, is to advance the curriculum and challenge them with difficult but do-able assignments/projects appropriate to their skill level. I'll bet some grad students from Ga Tech or Southern Poly would love to come in and work with them on some advanced projects. Keep your sharp students engaged!Dr. Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13343227079228308132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3725285395319049030.post-10813875709579221922009-03-12T18:59:00.000-04:002009-03-12T18:59:00.000-04:00Gerald it sounds like your students are making thi...Gerald it sounds like your students are making things enjoyable and easy for you. Teaching in a private school verses a public school makes a great deal of difference as you well know. It is good to know that there are high achievers in the private school like there are in the public schools. There were a few challenges in my classroom this semester but I got over it. Overall, I have a class much like yours. They are great kids and for the most part well behaved. I have learned that high school seniors get a disease call senioritis sometime during their last semester. I am working on a cure. As soon as I develop it, I will market it and retire. Keep up the good work. When you decide you want a teaching position let me know. I think I can help you out.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02669263768030945021noreply@blogger.com
