Take care of yourself first, as you know so well, so that your students get the full benefit of you and your knowledge and instruction. I'm looking forward to hearing that your medication has been reduced!Dr. Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12711214087414745465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3725285395319049030.post-34149891313996073872009-10-24T17:28:29.676-04:002009-10-24T17:28:29.676-04:00Penni,
I want you to know that I always look you...Penni,

I want you to know that I always look you for positive support and words of wisdom as it relates to our profession. I pains me to know that I am not being equally supportive to you as you have been to me during my times of frustration. You are a very strong person and you will continue to come out on top. I agree with Zelda in that we must find positive outlets to release our frustrations. As much as I loathe the gym, I have now incorporated it into my daily life. How do you ask? We are moving to a unit that requires agility and teamwork. Students are required to walk/jog 4 laps and complete Law Enforcement related PT. Well I get out their with them and do a little bit per class. By the end of the day, I've completed my workout, released some frustrations and taught the children how to work together as a team. Try it it just might work esp on the days students are pulled out of your class and you don't want to leave them behind. Incorporate health and wellness and let them or you and them walk and excercise according to their age and body type (I'm sure it's in your standard). Good Luck Lady!!!
