Like you, I have kids who felt I don't know anything, it was simply because I was out of touch with their world, but teaching puts me in the middle of it so that my teenage IQ is now much higher. I hope that one day my kids, when older, will tell me I'm smart!ITechmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01605325992237168498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3725285395319049030.post-52163518886721510802008-11-27T15:52:00.000-05:002008-11-27T15:52:00.000-05:00Going back to school at my age was a little intimi...Going back to school at my age was a little intimidating for me. But similar to you, I discovered that learning is still fun and can be accomplished at any age. N.T.I. has been a good experience for me. I have put to use in my classes so much of the knowledge I have learned from the N.T.I. classes. One thing I have learned is not to be a complete control nut about everything that goes on in the classroom. Therefore, there is less uptightness and stress for the students and me. The majority of my students are really there to learn. I give the students information and guidance and they have to do the rest. I remember my parents telling me while I was growing up that you never stop learning. Now, I know they were right.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02669263768030945021noreply@blogger.com
