Even t...It seems that we all have the same issues. Even though we go through some process of placing students in the right class we still end up with a significant amount who wishes not to be there. By what you say, the controlling factor at least at your school is economics as there will be no additional teachers hired so that your classes will be filled to capacity. Somehow I never saw that as a constraint to the counselors. That is probably why it is important for me to have this interview with a counselor.
