Improvement this semester
I must improve time management this semester to help balance out:

Terry, I agree. As a brand new teacher, my time management skills are HORRIBLE!!!! We have only been in school about one month, and twice I have spent more than 5 hours planning for ONE day's worth of lessons. I don't have any suggestions for you, because I am in need of some myself!
I use the classroom manager, as Dr. J did this summer, to alert me when the class is losing interest or if my time is going over.
