THE CHALLENGES I AM CURRENTLY FACING ARE WITH TIME MANAGEMENT. I AM WORKING A FULL TIME AND A PART TIME JOB, GOING TO SCHOOL PART TIME, ATTENDING MANDATORY MEETINGS EVERY SATURDAY MORNING FROM 10-12 NOON, WORKING AS A TEEN COUNSELOR AND JUGGLING A HOUSE HOLD OF EIGHT (MY FAMILY) WHEN TIME PERMITS. I AM ON OVERLOAD. THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE IS KEEPING ON TOP OF ALL THE REQUIRED ASSIGNMENTS THAT GO WITH EACH TERRITORY.
Well, I got tired just reading your blog, so I can see where you are stretched out. My first years of teaching were very time-consuming as I struggled to set up all my lesson plans, curriculum, and attend GSU part-time. Fortunately you are young and have lots of energy but you may consider putting a few of your activities/part-time jobs on hold until at least the end of NTI. Remember your family and your students need you at your best . . . keep after it.
